External Manufacturing Production (EMP) team is chartered with High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) of Intel products with our 3rd party Foundry and OSAT suppliers as per Intel IDM2.0 Vision. EMP Manufacturing Quality Enhancement elite DFX team seeks a Senior Staff DTCO/PPA engineer to support its operations. Job responsibilities include- Early engagement with multiple Intel teams in pre and post NPI phases to drive specific EMP DFX centric aggregated power, performance, manufacturability, and margin requirements- Define, Monitor and Review products DFM/PPA quality throughout development and ramp to production- Track and Support pathfinding test chip and NPI validation activities- Support DFT, Memory, Yield, Test, Assembly, Packaging , Process Value and Foundry teams in post NPI HVM Yield stabilization, debug and optimization activities- Leading in process windows characterization and enlarging and sweet spotting

Qualifications

Required knowledge include - Strong understanding of Logic and Memory device architectures both at cmos technology and process levels - Experience with std cells architecture, layout, modeling and technology development and optimization - Experience with advanced nodes PDK pathfinding Minimum qualifications: - BS + 4 years, MS + 3 years, PhD + 1 year

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
