We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Shanghai

Your responsibilities will include:
Project and report details confirmation
  • Become the project manager’s best friend by helping him understand what the client wants
  • Be transparent to the team and always available to answer questions
  • Be positive with additional requests while staying strict on cutting waste and promoting teamwork
Customer experience report creation
  • Avoid rushing projects by planning well in advance
  • Design good-looking report templates
  • Understand the trends the numbers are showing us
  • Change data into appealing presentations
  • Present the results in a story-telling way
Help us integrate our new solutions
  • Working on solutions such as Team Feedback, VoC, etc.
  • Building up industry knowledge from unconventional projects
  • Help the team to deliver added-value consultation
  • Help us in finding new ways to process data more efficiently
Train and manage interns, outsourced workforce and eventually junior analysts
  • Help training and briefing our most junior staff and our partner companies
  • Share the work efficiently within the team so everyone can have satisfied clients and go home on time
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, marketing, market research, information systems or mathematics
  • 3-6 years as market research analyst/project manager, experience within the Market Research or Marketing industry is a plus
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written, oral communication abilities in English
  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint
  • SPSS/SAS, SQL a plus
