In our corporate Data & Analytics team in Germany/Austria, we are looking for someone to work closely with the different divisions / brand teams to drive data intelligence in the field of
e-Commerce, derive actionable insights and support the overall business development of e-Commerce.

Key responsibilities:

·       Manage and optimize the eCom analytics tools (e.g. EDGE, Ayolab)

·       Build dashboards and scorecards in PowerBI to have a holistic view of our e-Commerce performance

·       Derive analytical insights from data and support our departments in deriving best practices and developing suitable strategies with the aim of driving customer / channel growth (focus: excellence in execution in digital shelf )

·       Execute ad hoc analyses and support strategic planning for e-Commerce AT/DE, incl. retailer and category insights and recommendations

·       Co-operate with internal and external cross functional stakeholders and build engagement among business teams to define current and desired use cases to generate value

·       Upskill key stakeholders (e.g., eCom Activation Manager & eKAMs) on execution in excellence in e-Commerce, tool usage and how to drive actions to improve

·       Present and communicate sharp, clear, strong messages, directly useful for business teams & top management to make decisions

·       Support or lead of cross-functional, national and international projects in the area of e-Commerce, media, CRM

Core competencies / Skills:

·       Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration or comparable

·       3+ years of professional experience as Data Analyst or in a data-driven commercial role, preferably in the field of eCom

·       Knowledge in eCom Analytics & Insights tools to monitor and analyse, e.g., Reviews & Ratings, OOS, trends, etc.

·       Solid experience in data visualization with tools like PowerBI, Looker or comparable

·       Ideally knowledge of e-Commerce activation, perfect execution, eCom platforms and shopper insights

·       Excellent English communication skills (main team language is English, however German skills are a plus)

·       High degree of (internal) customer focus, independence, motivation and hands-on mentality

·       Strong stakeholder management skills and enjoying driving forward own ideas

·       Passion for data and learning continuously (particularly in regards to Python, SQL, Google Cloud, etc.)
