Position Description: The Role We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 2-4 years’ experience working for a multi-national enterprise, utilizing multi-datasets and sources, and running predictive and prescriptive analytics for all channels of the business. Your role is to develop accurate, timely, relevant, and quality analytics tools for a dynamic business. You will be reporting to Analytics Director and own multiple modules of analytics project development. You will be working hands-on, delivering flexible solutions, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. As Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: • Advanced analytics development, from data DTL, to analytics model development, to visualization dashboard building • Supporting development and testing of hypotheses across all functional datasets supplied by business • Developing and implementing algorithms that will substantially impact the company’s understanding and utilization of its data • Supporting proof of concept, and development of analytics tools and applications • Liaising both internally within the team and externally with business stakeholders for completion of analytics project delivery • Coaching and guiding interns technically to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks #### Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or other technical disciplines • Expert knowledge of machine learning and time series forecasting techniques • Expert knowledge of R or Python programming • Expert knowledge of data extraction, transformation and loading • Experience of owning end-to-end analytics module development is a strong plus • Working knowledge of Power BI visualization dashboard is a plus • Working knowledge of data management • Working knowledge of statistical methods • Domain knowledge of PC industry is a plus • Ability to understand and extract data from large and complex data sets • Strong results driven personality, with a high level of enthusiasm, energy and confidence • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and integrity: be able and willing to work hands on, independently or with a small team We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
