JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 配合开发，市场，运营，财务等部门，为项目不同阶段建立游戏数据模型及分析体系。
• 领导团队进行数据工具接口接入。
• 规划和完善数据平台，数据平台子系统（数据收集、分析处理、数据服务、报表、数据可视化等）的功能设计。
• 定期追踪业绩及其他关键业务指标情况，提供决策基础。
• 配合项目需求，及时提交特定性分析报告（用户行为相关性，生存分析，用户画像，竞品调研，合作调研等）。
• 协助各部门，基于数据分析，为业务发展提供策略和建议。
• 配合游戏设计，为新增游戏模块定义BI功能。
• 制定常规标准KPI监控点 （留存，ARPU，ACU，CPA 等），针对各个关键运营节点制作数据报告，为运营团队提供评分标准及阶段性目标的支持。
• 编制项目P/L 表，对产品的损益情况进行分析和预测，协助财务部门控制产品财务风险。
• 提供数据支持，协助市场部门进行广告投放及用户反馈调整(Facebook 广告， GOOGLE 关键字等)。
• 与总部数据部门保持良好沟通，协助项目在公司战略层面上进行调整。
• 提供数据分析支持商务洽谈。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 大学本科及以上学历。
• BS / BA计算机科学，应用数学或同等学历。
• MA/MS/MBA商业，商务，统计，经济学相关，*加分项。
• 5年以上相关的工作经验，有完整的游戏项目数据分析经验。精通数据库相关技术。
• 有大平台项目接入经验。
• 熟练掌握excel基本统计和图表制作功能，能迅速按照分析需求制定报表字段，满足分析需求。
• 熟悉各类数据分析研究模型与研究方法以及常用数据挖掘算法及其原理，并具备相关项目经验。
• 熟悉主流游戏平台包括手游，网游的市场状况。
• 良好的数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，能进行深度的数据信息汇总分析。
• 良好的报告撰写及沟通能力。
• 良好的组织协调能力。
• 良好的书面和口头英语。
• 热爱游戏，移动和社交网络。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with development, marketing, operation and finance department to build game data model and analytical framework.
• Lead team to finish data integration (interface,log..etc )
• Design and keep improving data platform and its sub-systems (data collecting, data analyzing, data service, reports generating and data visualization).
• Tracking KPIs on regular basis to provide sufficient information for project decisions.
• Provide specific analysis report (correlation analysis, retention analysis, user profiling, competitive analysis, corporation analysis) on demands.
• Based on data analyzing, provide strategic advises to assist other departments.
• Work with game designer to implement BI for game functionalities.
• Design standard KPIs, provide analysis report for essential operation milestones to support operation team.
• Provide project P/L report for revenue analyzing and forecast for financial risk control.
• Provide data analyzing of advertising (Facebook, Google keyword, etc.) with marketing department.
• Collaborate with HQ data department to provide strategic advises for project.
• Provide data analysis to support business negotiation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least Bachelor Degree.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or equivalent. An MA/MS/MBA in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Economics ,*plus
• At least 5 years’ working experience as game data analyst, and experience with entire game project data analyzing.
• Full experience on platform integration.
• Proficient in Database and SQL.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in data analysis models, analytical methods, major data mining algorithm. Having relevant work experience.
• Familiar with major game platforms including web game and mobile game markets.
• Excellent data analyzing and modeling skills, ability to perform in depth data analysis.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Good English skills, both in oral and writing.
• Good coordination and organizing abilities.
• Passion in game industry, mobile and social network.
