Then come and join our global team as Senior Data Analyst / Scientist (f/m/d) - Audit and become a part of a global internal audit team as a datapreneur will be in charge to accelerate the digital transformation of the audit process and sustainably extend the digital mindset of the team for higher risk coverage and more efficient testing. Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You utilize data analytics skills to support and empower operational, financial, IT, cybersecurity, and compliance audit teams during the different audit phases. Starting with use case identification, over building prototypes, and eventually applying the data analytics use case operationally during audit planning and fieldwork You are responsible for the conception and execution of data analytics in structured but also unstructured data, e.g. financials, technical information, process data You will present conclusions and recommendations in meetings with audit participants and management You represent the global audit department within the company by fostering our position as a trusted internal partner To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You hold a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field with a strong background in data science, machine learning or data engineering You have several years of professional experience within Siemens Healthineers or Siemens Group, management consultancy, renowned industrial or technology company with a track record of excellence in data science, data engineering or a related field You possess in-depth knowledge of architecture, data structures, data management and data analytics, including good SQL skills You provide experience with the visualization of complex data (e.g. PowerBI) and show excellent skills in story telling with data You gained experience with statistical data analytics (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) and process mining technologies (e.g. Celonis) Your attributes and skills: You have outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and show a strong entrepreneurial mindset You are passionate about improving transparency and predictive accuracy with digital solutions while taking hands-on responsibility for the world of data in close contact with our different audit teams At Siemens Healthineers, our audits are conducted in English. Therefore, we expect business-fluency in English.
