Siemens Financial Services (SFS) team is looking for a Senior Business Analytics and Intelligence Specialist (f/m/d) to initiate and manage reporting automation in the field of data and data visualization using the latest technologies i.e., data provisioning and business intelligence solutions and business process management solutions. You will work within the Data & Business intelligence team in the headquarters, as well as with our legal entities spread across 14 countries and externally with our service partners to leverage technologies and provide solutions to meet their business needs. Data & Business Intelligence is a recently founded, energetic, and diverse team within Siemens Financial Services, that holds both business and technical knowledge. We support the business to specify their requirements, solution design, support the connection of data sources to our datalake where we develop business logic and data architecture, and finally develop business intelligence dashboards. Act as a key driver of the migration of our data ecosystem from an on premise to a cloud-based solution in the next couple of years Support the design of the target architecture of our cloud landscape together with our IT team Support the optimization of our current processes to ease the migration into the new cloud environment Support the business with the translation of requirements and creation of functional specifications Work closely together with our IT team in a DevOps environment to ensure our infrastructure is suitable for our business needs Development of business logic in the reporting backend of our Datawarehouse Develop business intelligence dashboards mainly in Tableau and Power BI focusing on functionality, design, and user experience Provide trainings and seminars to our customersWhat you need to make real what matters.
