Responsibilities

• As the China DevOps team member, fulfill the business requirement with Data Solution and support the operational task.
• Collaborate with end customer and internal cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain point
• Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.

Qualifications

[Technical Skill Requirements]

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Solid BI & EDW solutions development experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying business analytics/data visualization solutions, to include
  • Solid Developing Experience with Python and SQL language.
  • Good ETL Tools Experience in at least one of tools: Alteryx, PowerCenter, Data service, BW, SSIS.
  • Familiar with Frontend BI tools Tableau and visualization Skill
• Demonstrated experience in successfully supporting complex multi-platform projects and cloud-based computing including experience in modernizing/migrating legacy systems to cloud/AWS infrastructure
• Solid understanding of data management principles with experience in designing/supporting dimensional and relational databases, data ingestion and normalization, and data warehousing with ability to support database performance and tuning

[Non-Technical Skill Requirements]

• Experience with Agile software development, infrastructure management or process improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to understand a client’s requirements and present appropriate design, development, and architectural options to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Outstanding English & Mandarin communication skills (written and oral), problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills。
