Job Duties

• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards with follow-up of data cleansing tasks
• Conduct data quality assessments for compliance and business development
• Supports data quality issues resolution process from issues identification to closure by conducting root causes analyses
• Compile KPI reports on a periodic basis
• Review and act on business units’ data quality sample checking reports
• Provide operational support to ensure the planned tasks are documented clearly, assigned appropriately and implemented timely
• Conduct other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or IT with strong numerical sense
• At least 3 years’ of experience in operationalizing data management or data quality management in a banking environment
• Proficient in SQL, MS Windows and Office with advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g. Macro) and Access
• Ability to build a collaborative and constructive partnership with business units
• Sound communication skills in both Chinese and English to connect with all stakeholders
