• lead, consult and implement data management transformation following the UBS' Data Management Framework across all business functions
• understand and consult on management of business process data and how to leverage the latest technological trends to achieve their data management strategies
• build trust and strong working relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders
• advise stakeholders on data management to address their specific needs, including discussing potential approaches to problems, associated costs and trade-offs, and recommendations
• support Data management Sponsors in delivering their Data Strategy, in line with the firm's related divisional / functional strategic objectives
• push forward the capabilities and performance of the team to strengthen and expand the service offerings of the practice
