  • You thrive in an agile, dynamic environment working directly with other data scientists and solution engineers at the interface of business and technology to quickly iterate on Operations data products that drive value and provide solutions to critical development, manufacturing, and supply chain challenges.
  • You're keen to partner with Operations and Information Systems/Information Technology teams to deliver an enterprise data fabric that powers data discovery, query, search, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
  • You aspire to be a recognized semantic technologies and knowledge graph expert.
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex issues and clearly articulate solutions to diverse audiences.
  • You have dynamic social skills, situational awareness, and the ability to influence, motivate, lead and work in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • You have superior work ethics and strong motivation to positively impact the lives of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform and harmonize data across sources into Operations data products that conform to system-independent information models aligned with business data domains.
  • Partner closely with semantic modelers and ontology engineers to understand deeply the meaning of the data and the desired data shape.
  • Design, develop, test, and automate reliable, observable, high-performance data pipelines that instantiate data in both graph and relational forms.
  • Develop monitorable tests to prove the data are accurate, high quality, and internally consistent.
  • Develop and publish normalized and denormalized relational data models for SQL consumers.
  • Partner with source system experts to devise resilient data sourcing and transformation strategies.
  • Manage delivery of a continuous, iterative flow of Operations data products and improvements to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with our data scientists to shape how the knowledge graph can drive value for Operations' business problems.
