1. To analyze historical sales, model and integrate markets trends, seasonality and other major events to optimize the statistical calculation

2. Closely work with the sales team and run a regular forecast review/Demand S&OP meeting independently to reach consensus and secure a reliable and realistic sales forecast.

3.  Demand planning performance analysis( Forecast accuracy/ Anomaly analysis/deman Vs supply imbalances analysis）

4. Identify demand supply imbalances and follow up the solutions & Problems solving across functions.

5.  Forecast system related maintenance and data upload.

6.  Data analysis for continuous improvements in various projects.

7. Monitor data correction after system running.To solve system issues effectively and keep running smoothly to fulfil business requirements.

1. Bachelor degree above

2. 5+ years experience in demand planning and S&OP. 

3. Good communication skills and problem solving skills.

4. Result oriented,Good execution under high pressure. 

5. Fluent writing and oral English skill

6. Advanced Excel/MRP knowledge, Oracle / SAP application skills are preferred.

7. The ability to build mathematical models and develop forecasting tools is preferred.
