RF Control Product Group (RF-CTL) is seeking a RF/Analog Design engineer who will work as part of a team developing state-of-the-art Analog and RF integrated circuits. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in RF theory and Analog circuit designs and will develop circuit blocks to implement the required analog and RF functions. Work or thesis experience involving the RF design, low noise amplifiers, switches, attenuators and integrated modules is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining analog sub-block architecture and analyzing the trade-offs.
  • Designing transistor-level circuits.
  • Design of RF blocks such as LNAs, PAs, drivers, switches, attenuators
  • Supporting layout, product, test and marketing engineers through the various phases of product development.
