· Create Advanced design layouts of compressor assemblies, sub-systems, and components to establish spatial requirements, fit-up and relationship of components to ensure functionality of design intent

· Apply basic and advanced mechanical sciences to perform design analysis of products and components, including Kinematic analysis, static/dynamic analysis, strength of material, material selection and design optimization.

· Establish and document component and assembly specifications including definition of key functions, risk points and evaluation plan. Besides, propose test plan, perform analysis activity and track the progress of the evaluation plan..

· Propose manufacture plan on production line and also work with procurement for part fabrication.

· Build up lab assembly capability for designed compressor and test layout.

· Create and verify accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings and Cad/CAE models in accordance with corporate engineering standards and ASME 14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance requirements.

· Produce and maintain accurate design records/design output in accordance with specific project requirements using accepted corporate methods and Design Standards, including calculation, modeling and drawings, engineering notices, bills of materials, specifications and related documentation..

Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 5 year of experience on development of mechanical systems

· Solid knowledge on Material, Mechanics, Kinematics, Dynamics, Manufacture Process.

· Must be skilled in Siemens NX, ANSYS or ADINA

· Drafting practices to meet industry standards, including ASME Y14.5-2009

· Must be fluent in verbal English and written English

· Need good communication skills and teamwork capability
