The successful applicant for this position will have opportunity to:

• 
  Deliver and win design presentation opportunities for new medium sized projects on a regular basis.
• Supervises the work and progress of Design team drawings, studies, specifications and other project tasks on multiple projects.
• Create and maintain trust between the project team, client and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain a consistently high level of design quality within the project team.
• Ability to problem-solve project design issues and apply inventive solutions.
• Progress to role of Associate Designer / Design Team Lead.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 
  At least 8 years’ experience in workplace interiors.
• Exhibit strong conceptual design talent with portfolio of signature works.
• Strong experience in maintaining design integrity from design concept to on-site construction.
• Experienced in efficiently contributing to and supervising multiple medium projects.
• Proactive in mentoring younger designers and promoting a positive attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken business English
• Mandarin is a definite advantage
