Main tasks and responsibilities

职责

Provide accurate and timely adapted design of Bisazza products to customers need

Provide accurate and timely custom-made design upon customers/sales executives specific requests

Calculate and survey precise quantities of mosaic and installation materials needed to comply with customers’ design requirements.

Entertain correspondence and relations with customers and sales executives in English and Chinese

To safeguard the stylistic identity of Bisazza collections

To encourage solutions that emphasize the identity of the brand Chance to undertake both local and international travel sometimes with short notice.

To make presentations with and on behalf of Bisazza and its regional sales manager.

To prepare sample boards or story boards in a professional manner in order to present to key customers.

The candidate will be involved directly in the design process, but he/she will also need to supervise the work of the team

能够准确及时地为客户提供其所需的Bisazza产品设计。

能够准确及时地根据客户或销售经理的具体要求，提供定制设计

根据客户的设计需求，计算和测量客户所需的马赛克和辅料的准确数量。

可以用中英文与客户或销售经理进行沟通。

可以很好的维护和保持Bisazza产品系列的风格特征

鼓励强调品牌特性的解决方案，可以接受短期的国内或国际出差。

必要时，可以代表Bisazza及其区域销售经理向客户进行设计陈述。

可以通过样板等其他方式，专业地向重大客户进行陈述。

有机会可以直接参与设计过程的工作，但还需要监督设计团队的工作。

Requirements

要求

International Mindset. Previous experience in foreign companies or International study/work experience is preferred

思维国际化，有在外企或者国外留学、工作经验优先

Ability to adapt to the team and reinforce team members bonding.

良好的团队管理经验，可促进团队成员间的关系更加的紧密

Negotiation ability to discuss project solutions with sales teams, clients, other internal/external interlocutors, live and by phone.

良好的（对销售经理以及客户）沟通能力

Interior designer/Architect course of study or background

室内设计/建筑设计背景

Passionate about design/art/furniture is a plus.

特别喜爱设计、艺术、家具者优先

Graphic design background /passion/ understanding is necessary

平面设计专业、对工作热情和良好的理解能力

Software knowledge

软件要求

AutoCAD (mandatory)

CAD熟练

Adope Photoshop/Illustrator (important)

PS/AI熟练

3D Softwares: 3D MAx or Rhyno or Maya (at least one)

3DMAX或者RHYNO或者MAYA（至少会其中一项）

Extras: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect

其他：Aobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Language

语言要求

Professional Chinese (mandatory), Workable English spoken and written (mandatory)

Cantonese, Italian, a plus

英文读写熟练

会广东话、意大利优先
