• Master/Bachelor Degree in Architecture;

• Registered Architect in Hong Kong;

• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification relevant experience;

• Candidates should be knowledgeable on statutory requirements, and possess experience on design coordination, site coordination, project management and construction supervision;

• Experience as Resident Architect preferable.
