This celebrated Hospitality interior design firm harbours a winning portfolio of projects across the region. To cope with increasing project demand, they are looking for a bright and forward-thinking senior level interior design to join the team.

Based in Shanghai, you will lead the design direction of multiple high-profile projects, responsible for initiating concepts and carrying out full scope design work while guiding your team smoothly through all project stages. You are expected to be an effective communicator that is proficient in English and Chinese. You will be required to demonstrate your ability on building successful relationships with your client while inspiring your own team to produce world-class designs. Working closely with project managers, you will monitor the overall costing, quality and schedules of the projects and ensure they are delivered according to the intent.

As a senior position within the studio, you are required to be degree qualified in Interior Design or Architecture with a minimum 10 years interior work experience on retail, workplace or hospitality design led projects. You should demonstrate your creativity towards design solutions while having a thorough understanding of construction methodology and building regulations within Asia.
