SENIOR DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST CHINA

MAIN PURPOSE

As a Senior Digital Campaign Specialist, you will prepare and coordinate the campaign and livestream calendar for the Chinese market within Rituals. You'll be responsible for developing a high quality, customer-centric digital campaigns and (owned and collaboration) livestreams with the goal of improving ROI while also growing the brand’s recognition.

YOUR ROLE

  • Planning and executing all the aspects of digital campaigns (e.g. International Women’s day and Singles Day).
  • Defining the KPI’s per campaign.
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all the digital campaigns and indicate success based on the set KPI’s.
  • Collaborating with various teams within CHO (Marketing, Innovations, Supply Chain).
  • Using good analytical abilities to calculate and assess the customer’s experience across channels (Tmall, WeChat, Little Red Book and Douyin) and identify the customer touchpoints.
  • Optimise user funnels.
  • Handling and collaborating with operational partner (TP) & BD team (livestream).
  • Following up on the results.
  • Develop campaign & livestream budgets.
  • Reports to Business Development Manager China; based in Amsterdam.

 

YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • At least 5 years in China E-commerce related work experience or campaign/livestream related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong team player; you like to be the spider in the web and have strong ownership skills.
  • You like to work result oriented and setting up templates and lead workflows make you happy.
  • Strong analytic skills; data-oriented thinking with strong eye for detail, accuracy and go-getter.
  • Makes complex things simple, clear and understandable for customers.
  • Excellent (nearly native) written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Dares to give his/her opinion.
