Job Description
Responsibilities:
This role is required to work with reporting manager to do the holistic digital marketing planning and executions for paid media to deliver the best in class digital platform that can offer a true Vans “OFF THE WALL” brand experience and achieve brand communication goals, also the execution of E-commerce marketing campaign, and supervise always-on content operation on E-commerce platforms
. The role best suits a candidate who can create digital media marketing plans and lead the comprehensive media campaign planning and projects with the deep understanding of Vans brand and consumers
. Key Result Areas:
- Work with reporting manager on media marketing strategies and consumer interactive campaigns to continuously create unique brand experience to engage with consumers
· Work with APAC & China marketing team to launch global & regional and China brand campaign in China market · Support Marketing team and E-commerce team on the execution of E-commerce marketing campaign, big marketing projects and activations
- Supervise E-commerce operation partners to operate always-on content management and maintain brand content consistency
- Drive the product media marketing planning and execution to achieve brand communication targets by coordinating the cross functional teamwork with APAC & China E-Commerce & Product & GTM & Creative and Brand Communications team
- Increase the traffic to owned.com, effective reach and engagement on medial platforms by media campaign optimization
- Coop with Vans APAC Art team and China Brand Communications team to develop and manage creative assets and content updates on media platforms
- Regularly gather market feedback to further improve effectiveness of media planning strategies/plans/tools
- Deliver other digital & E-Commerce marketing related works assigned by Reporting Manager

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor
