Job Description
  • Manage daily social media (especially FB & IG) operations including engaging & creative content creation, simple graphic creation, posting and ad placing 
  • Brainstorm, prepare, coordinate and implement online & offline marketing activities and relevant events
  • Execute SEM, SEO, eDM and monitor the performance as well as campaign effectiveness
  • Edit simple videos for social media use 
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and post-campaign reports with cross-analysis 
  • Bring awareness of organic and paid traffic best practices to support local incremental traffic growth and sales target, ROI is the key
  • Other tasks assigned by manager
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, online media or e-related field
  • Working knowledge and experience in GA, SEO, SEM, display network and retargeting ad
  • Good Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Social Media management are highly preferred
  • Good multi-tasking skills, interpersonal & communication skills and good team player, able to work under pressure
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, think out of the box and able to work fast-paced working environment
  • Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns
  • Adept in creative problem-solving; extremely resourceful, innovative, and proactive; self-driven, including when there is ambiguity
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good time management, and attention to details
  • Basic graphic design (by Photoshop / Illustrator ) skill and HTML knowledge are preferable 
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, familiar with Google Sheets/ MS Excel
  • Start-up experience is a plus
