Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) marketing, Public Relations (PR), and Co-Branding strategies to drive brand growth in developed markets across North America and Europe. This leadership role will oversee a cross-functional team responsible for executing innovative partnership campaigns that enhance brand visibility, increase direct-to-consumer (DTC) website traffic, and boost conversion rates.
The ideal candidate has a strong international background, an established network of Western KOLs, hands-on experience managing co-branding initiatives, and a track record of leading high-performing teams in global digital marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute data-driven KOL engagement strategies across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs in the US, UK, Germany, and other key Western markets.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier and mid-level influencers to ensure authentic and impactful brand storytelling.
•Lead PR initiatives including press releases, media outreach, interviews, and participation in industry events to strengthen brand credibility.
•Identify and lead co-branding opportunities with complementary lifestyle, tech, or wellness brands to expand market reach and audience engagement.
•Oversee content creation and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice and cultural relevance.
•Collaborate closely with SEO, SEM, and CRM teams to optimize the full customer journey from awareness to purchase.
•Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), measure ROI, and refine strategies accordingly.
•Manage budget allocation, vendor negotiations, and performance evaluation of partners and agencies.
•Mentor and manage a small team of marketing specialists, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
•5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on Western markets (US, UK, EU).
•Demonstrated success in managing KOL campaigns, PR activities, and co-branded partnerships.
•Proven track record of leading 3+ major cross-brand collaborations or large-scale influencer campaigns.
•Extensive network of KOLs and media contacts in North America and Europe.
•Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus.
•Experience managing teams of 3 or more members in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Asana/Trello, etc.) is preferred.
•Familiarity with DTC e-commerce models and tech-forward consumer brands (experience with brands like Lovense is a strong advantage).
•Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
