Job Description
Plan and implement digital initiatives to generate ongoing customer insights and enhance customer engagement
Manage website, Baidu SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (WeChat, TikTok) and other digital channels/tools to ensure marketing campaign are properly executed and deliver result
Drive marketing effectiveness by leveraging CRM, social CRM, website/CMS and marketing automation system
Provide regular reporting, analytics, competitor monitoring to improve targeted reach across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Contribute to the success of the Marcom team by supporting others on event management and content creation
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing in ideally a B2B organization
Proficiency with conducting analytics,
Experience working in a CMS platform (Preferable Adobe AEM), social CRM (JingDigital),致趣百川, plus online learning system (UMU)
Extensive social media marketing and website management experience
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and good in English
Experience with email marketing (ActON), SEO, SEM, A/B testing, conversion optimization and personalisation
Strong UX sensibility and empathy for the end user
Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines
Ability to think strategically about digital marketing, while also executing tactically on campaigns
Strong teamwork, influencing and relationship-building skills, across multiple levels of the organization
