• Plan and implement digital initiatives to generate ongoing customer insights and enhance customer engagement

• Manage website, Baidu SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (WeChat, TikTok) and other digital channels/tools to ensure marketing campaign are properly executed and deliver result

• Drive marketing effectiveness by leveraging CRM, social CRM, website/CMS and marketing automation system 

• Provide regular reporting, analytics, competitor monitoring to improve targeted reach across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

• Contribute to the success of the Marcom team by supporting others on event management and content creation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing in ideally a B2B organization

• Proficiency with conducting analytics, 

• Experience working in a CMS platform (Preferable Adobe AEM), social CRM (JingDigital),致趣百川, plus online learning system (UMU)

• Extensive social media marketing and website management experience

• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and good in English

• Experience with email marketing （ActON）, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, conversion optimization and personalisation

• Strong UX sensibility and empathy for the end user

• Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines

• Ability to think strategically about digital marketing, while also executing tactically on campaigns

• Strong teamwork, influencing and relationship-building skills, across multiple levels of the organization
