Senior Digital Performance Executive

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for day to day management of media campaign including tracking, optimization and reporting
• Execute an on-going testing strategy driven through an in-depth analysis according to the customer conversion journey
• Evaluate search campaign performance and make recommendation to improve conversion by using Google Analytics and other tools like DoubleClick, Sizmek, Coremetric etc.
• Continuously monitor and optimize performance of digital marketing initiatives according to strategic planning, budgeting and operation
• Drive innovation in digital media by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends (e.g. PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Social, Analytics) moving quickly on new opportunities to help achieve growth targets with a focus on new customer acquisition
• Responsible for new product development; knowledge sharing and work closely with Sales Team on project pitching
• Build and maintain relationship with corporate clients
• Lead and develop team members

Requirements:                                                                                                                 

• University or above, preferably in e-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website project or digital media planning
• Strong understanding of attribution and its impact on budgeting and planning
• Knowledge in China market is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Strong team spirit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills
