Objectives of the Position
As Competence of Center (CoC), be responsible of standard and universal data compliance training & communication, digital tools development/enhancement as well as Data CMS measures design and implementation.
Task designation
1. Central and unified training & communication as Competence of Center (CoC) for Data Compliance in MB China
Prepare annual training & communication plan, covering different target groups (including employees, official mandates such as Personal Information Protection Officer (PIPO), Data Security Officer (DSO) etc., Local Compliance Office, data incident fast-response working group, etc.), and align plan with relevant stakeholders.
Develop and continuous update online training courses which apply to different target groups (e.g. basic modules for all employees, expert modules for specified target groups, etc.).
Develop standard and universal training & communication content and materials for Local Compliance Officer (LCO) and compliance network.
Organize group level central trainings (e.g. data security incident drill) in various formats.
Archive central training record, conduct participation statistics & analysis as well as follow up.
Maintain social intranet and wechat public account to promote data compliance awareness to all employees from CoC perspectives.
2. China Data Compliance Management System (CMS) implementation support
Centrally coordinate the escalation and management review of crucial topics (e.g. applicable Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) cases, applicable data cross-border transfer cases, other crucial data compliance topics, etc.)
Design appropriate measures to monitor the effective implementation of China Data CMS
Handle data security incident cases by managing and steering data security incident Fast-response Working Group and reporting to data security incident Committee as required
Communicate/exchange/discuss with HQ Data Compliance to align and update status of relevant initiatives/projects.
3. Digital tools development & enhancement in data protection & cybersecurity governance areas
Identify and collect needs/requests from multiple stakeholders.
Define specific BRD for each digital tool requests.
Collaborate with internal and external technical development team to create new digital tools and/or continuously enhance the exsiting digital tools to adapt to changed situations.
4. Contribute in other projects/initiates/tasks
Deliver results for projects/tasks/initiatives assigned by Digital risk compliance senior manager and Data Protection & Cybersecurity Governance Director from time to time
