Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and prospect new business from traditional and non-traditional advertisers
  • Manage sales pipeline, generate sales leads and follow-up on sales leads/referrals
  • Manage the existing clients with excellent client servicing skills
  • Work with sales management to develop account strategies
  • Work closely with the internal parties to ensure all the bookings/orders are delivered accurately
  • Work closely with the editorial department to identify product development opportunities to ensure our products are relevant and competitive
  • Provide 360 degrees marketing solutions to the new/existing clients
  • Provide digital marketing up-dates to the company
  • Create new and innovative solutions for digital and social media platforms
  • Maintain close relationships with key advertisers/partners in the industry

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years' sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent knowledge of digital execution
  • Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations
  • Good relationship with the key advertisers and advertising agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and motivate a sales team to consistently hit targets as well
  • Proficient in digital project sales and revenue generation
  • Work well under pressure with multiple deadlines and assignments
  • Ability to prepare and present marketing proposals utilizing quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales demographics information to develop creative sales solutions
