About The Role:

Working in conjunction with VP of Global Solutions, responsible for the RWS Regulated Industries content management offering based on customer’s business objectives and end user requirements. The Sr. Director of Content Strategy oversees customer’s content requirements and creates content strategies across the life cycle of a product/project. Additionally, the Content Strategist develops project plans for strategic accounts to aide in executing sales strategies and innovation that creates and sustain long-term client relationship, resulting in generating business that drives profitable revenue growth and account stickiness for both Technology and Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and solutions to create and implement sustainable account strategy program that focuses on embedding / enhancing technology on strategic accounts.
  • Identify content technology opportunities to expand footprint with strategic accounts
  • Develops strategic content focused account plans and detailed resolution and optimization roadmaps to secure and grow existing accounts, and develop new business in line with overall sales strategies and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate and align with the rest of the account team on the strategic account plans
  • Support communication regularly with clients to align on account strategy
  • Monitors and manages results by analyzing overall metrics, interacting frequently with customers, and actively coaching and guiding sales and account teams.
  • Develops comprehensive strategies and tactics to build long-term pipelines, maximize existing revenue streams, and unearth new opportunities.
  • Utilizes expertise (e.g., customer, industry and/or market insights) to develop new and/or novel approaches that lead to increased results.
  • Develops comprehensive strategies and tactics to help sales build long-term pipelines, maximize existing revenue streams, and unearth new opportunities
  • Collaborates, coordinates, and leverages resources across a variety of organizations (e.g., solutions, pricing/contracts, product management) to achieve business growth and customer loyalty
  • Understand customers’ digital strategies and provide insight, consulting, and adapt role of product into this strategy
  • Bridge between technology division for upsell and cross sell opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful language technology and services sales experience required
  • 5+ years Localization and Content Management Operations experience
  • Experience building technology and services offerings
  • 5+ years of major account management experience required
  • Proven ability to successfully drive sales actions via collaboration with interdivisional executive sponsors and sales leaders.
