Job Description
As Key Account Management Senior Director you are responsible for assigned key accounts on,
  • Develops and manages the implementation of sales goals and strategies
  • Grows key account base. Builds pipelines and converts sales opportunities to meet the set target.
  • Promotes Brightstar innovative value proposition and sells new innovations to key account using Brightstar Technology platforms and new services road map
  • Manages key accounts, builds and maintains good relationship with them to ensure high customer satisfaction level is achieved.
  • Engages key account C-Level / key function heads to win their advocacy for Brightstar proposal
  • Develops relationship with all levels of key account
  • Develops positive partnership with key account for long term strategic business model encompassing service play for Brightstar
  • Maintains timely reporting system with key account
  • Conduct business review meeting with key account and business partner showing performance against target. Manages issues, addresses concerns and feedback to Brightstar.
  • Acts as main contact of key account and Brightstar and create close alignment with Brightstar internal to ensure efficient and effective support provided.
  • Manages and executes the end to end provision of services offered - Financial Services, Device Protection, Buy Back & Trade In and Accessories
  • Builds up CPO channel locally and manages our go to market strategy and channel deployment plan
  • Educates, trains, develops key account channels to make sure our service offering is well deployed and executed

Requirements/Skills
  • At least 10 years experience in telecom operator environment
  • In depth operator account management focus
  • Excellent Mandarin and above average English literacy
  • Strong analytical & presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
