Hiring a leader to drive a business acceleration office that will define the security SW and services roadmap to positively and significantly impact Intel's security business bottom line and/or competitive position in currently underserved segments like Networking, IOTG, Intel Foundry Services to name a few. The role will encompass scanning the ecosystem for inorganic opportunities for Intel in security domains across SW, SaaS, and possibly even Silicon by adding or extending capabilities to our Silicon roadmap and driving global GTM for business growth. This leader will also own WW ecosystem scale for existing products, to learn from customer demands and drive requirements/priorities. The foundation of a strong GTM for both inorganic and organic scale requires robust product management discipline. To drive a strategic roadmap of Security portfolio, this role will entail synthesizing and analyzing requirements from various BU sources to define products, technology inventions and taking them to scale deployment/launching them in the market. Strategic product management will require addressing ambiguous landscape, applying sound business judgment in defining solutions and effectively communicating with audiences that include senior executives, marketing, engineering, sales, and customers. This leader will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that all requirements and feature specifications are well defined and prioritized, to drive the engineering delivery process and timeline.

Qualifications

You must possess the following qualifications to be initially considered for this position. - Proven product management leadership experience or Strategic Planning leadership experience - Proven Customer First skills - 10 years' experience in design and building products with specific focus on software and security - Proven experience in owning a product over its complete lifecycle from definition to EOL. - Ability to work with an engineering team to lead feature/cost trade-offs and set priorities. - Proven ability to work with business units, and sales/marketing to define requirements and negotiate with engineering to develop an executable roadmap. - Study market trends, competing products, academic and industry research and interface with customers to identify new product and market requirements. - Must possess excellent communication, persuasion and stakeholder management skills to convince senior executives on the importance of security - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must be an ally, inclusive and collaborative player in everything they do. - Possess excellent team skills and the ability to lead and influence teams

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
