You will be appointed as Head of Technical Services for Hong Kong Property Management and work closely with the PM team leaders to provide technical support in building services to the property portfolio managed by the Company.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for overall team performance and service standard of the Technical Services Team
• Review and update best practice guidelines/ general standard procedure to ensure high service quality, efficiency, safety as well as sustainability
• Drive for annual building condition report program and capital expenditure projects
• Ensure compliance to latest local legislations and internal & external audit requirements
• Ensure smooth daily operation, scheduling of maintenance work, fitting out, alteration work etc.
• Provide support in manpower deployment and training & development for technical staff
• Drive and implement corporate initiatives such as premium engineering management, energy management, IT solutions, etc
• Provide professional input in best practices for continuous improvements
• Lead the project coordination service and development of short/long term improvement project planning across different buildings
• Monitor the handling of emergency incidents, and provision of effective solutions for continuous improvement
• Review maintenance quality and drive for life cycle management to improve service standard
• Keep track of key performance indicators and timely report the progress and actions locally and regionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in building services / electrical & mechanical engineering / building surveying or equivalent
• MHKIE/ MIMechE/MCIBSE/ CEng/ MHKIS/ MRICS holder
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in property management / facilities management / consultancy firm/property developers with at least 5 years at supervisory level
• Proven record in managing commercial and residential portfolio
• A good team player with strong leadership and management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
