Responsibilities

• To lead his/her shift Duty Team to complete all assigned duties e.g. Control Room and patrol duties, meeting the required standard;
• Support the Venue Operations Managers in the execution of event related activities e.g. ensure all set ups for events are completed on time;
• Support the Venue Operations Managers in the maintenance of AWE complex;
• Ensure all systems at the Control Room e.g. CCTV, access control, PA System, Fire Alarm System and Guard Patrol Recorder etc. are functioning well
• Ensure all incidents and actions taken by the team members are recorded properly in the respective registers e.g. Occurrence Books and Key Registers etc.
• Provide logistical support for duty team staff as well as the personnel of other departments
• Assist in ad hoc assignments; and
• Any other duties directed by the Venue Operations Managers

Requirements

• A self-initiated person with good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience in security, disciplinary services or property management 
• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit
• Ability to develop plans for crowd and traffic management tasks
• Attentive to details with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Preferably in possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license (vehicle category 1) and first-aid certificate is preferred
