Job Description:
As an E&M project manager representing the developer for a development project in Guangdong. Duties including design & specification review, tender packages and documents review, recommendation on choice of major items, monitoring site installation works etc. Long term station in the PRC is not required but frequent travel to Guangdong is expected.

A 2 year contract and he/she will be considered as a permanent staff after completing the contract with satisfactory performance.

Requirement:

• Strong experience in E&M works with at least 5 years recent experience in major role (such as E&M team leader) of hospital / hotel development projects
• At least 3-5 years experience working in developer, with additional experience in consultants or contractor is an advantage
• Experience in PRC projects and dealing with PRC documents
• Strong skills in coordinating different parties
• Attentive to details and able to meet deadlines
• Adapt to small team environment and working with PRC team-mates
