- E-Commerce KA Manager
- Job Scope:
- Work together with e-commerce sales lead to execute e-commerce & online healthcare business strategy in an effort to achieve e-commerce sales targets.
- Develop and manage existing and new key customers (platforms and online hospitals). Develop joint business plan with KAs, conduct contract negotiation and monitor day to day operations. Understand decision-making process and key decision makers in key accounts.
- Set clear sales strategy, performance measures and promotions activities for key accounts. Perform regular monitoring of sales results, market analysis and develop improvement action plans accordingly.
- Support online related marketing initiatives including internal communication with cross functions, external vendor management and coordination, partner education and negotiation, status tracking, feedback collection and improvement plan development, etc.
- Collaborate closely with distribution partners to improve product accessibility to patients.
- Ensure the quality and compliance execution of e-commerce activities.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 4+ years working experience in e-commerce in either healthcare companies, healthcare online platforms or TPs. Solid experience in e-commerce sales, business development, key accounts and distributor management.
- Solid experience in distributor and agency management experience.
- Strong contract negotiation skills.
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Team player, strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and fluid environment with ability to plan, prioritise and execute.
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

- 确保电商策略及运营符合公司合规要求,与公司战略及目标方向保持一致。

- 任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历;
- 4年以上相关工作经验,医药公司、电商平台或TP行业经验优先。熟悉国内电商生态圈,对电商行业盈利模式及发展趋势有较深的了解和敏锐的洞察。对电商销售,业务拓展,重点客户的开发和管理有丰富经验;
- 较强的经销商和供应商管理能力和经验;
- 较强的资源协调和业务谈判能力;
- 敏锐的市场洞察力、严密的数据分析能力,善于学习和创新;
- 良好的影响力、决策力、较高的人际沟通协调能力和团队合作能力;
- 对企业有强烈的责任感,能快速适应灵活多变的工作环境,有较强的抗压能力及问题分析能力,有一定的风险管控意识;
- 能熟练运用Excel及PPT等办公软件。
