• 领导国内和国际项目团队完成发展咨询项目。

• 调研地方和区域经济问题。

• 就新镇规划、城市和农村再生问题向政府和非政府机构提供咨询服务。

• 为商业、住宅和旅游项目提供发展建议和战略。

• 研究财务可行性和盈利能力。

• 就劳动市场、教育和技能、贫困和社会包容性、外来投资和业务发展等问题提出解决办法。

• 根据项目成果起草和准备报告。

• 在营销和业务发展中起关键作用，包括向客户演讲。

• 客户管理。

• 小型到中型项目管理，包括确保项目在限期日前完成、财务管理和员工管理。

Minimum Requirements

职位要求:

• 五至十年相关咨询工作经验，有开发商或房地产咨询工作经验者优先。

• 有旅游、房地产开发、产业规划或基础设施经济行业相关工作经验者。

• 强烈的责任感和求知欲，希望在一个不断变化、执行力强的团队环境中工作。

• 良好的分析和数理能力，有过社会经济数据分析经验，注重细节。

• 有撰写报告的经验。

• 熟练掌握Microsoft Office。

• 中英文会话和书面表达流利，具备优秀的沟通和写作能力。

Preferred Qualifications

经济、房地产、城市规划或产权相关专业硕士。
