Job Details:

• Assist Principal Education Secretary (Primary & Special Education) in offering administrative guidance and advice to related affiliated schools heads with an objective to sustain professionalism and quality assurance
• Lead a team of staff by providing guidance, monitoring the progress of their work and counterchecking their output
• Liaise and co-ordinate with school heads to resolve issues
• Assume a leading role in organizing Inter-school activities and competitions
• Liaise with various government depts’, organizations or donor in soliciting resources for affiliated schools
• Initiate plans and applications for new projects and plans
• Handle complaints

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree
• At least 5 years’ working experience in education sector (prefer with primary schools management experience ) plus 2 years’ administrative or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in using Word, Chinese Word, Excel and PowerPoint
