1) Responsible for electrical design, development, installation and commissioning of the solution for automated/semi-automated production line and equipment.
2) Cooperate with sales team, take part in the overall design of solution according to customer requirement, evaluate functionality, performance and cost of electrical design during pre-sales phase.
3) While designing the solution, work with mechanical engineer to come up with concreate design of production line or equipment. For the electrical part of solution, take charge of components selection, BOM draft and electrical drawing.
4) During solution implementation, responsible for control program of electrical and pnuemtic components, includes PLC,HMI,robot, servo drive, visual system, etc... And also supervising wiring of components above.
5) Test and debug the control programs to make sure that equipment can meet the requirement of technical agreement during installation phase; Prepare for neccessary technical document and conduct training of operation and maintenance to end users.
6) For the work packages which are outsourced 3rd party contractors, provide technical requirement to electrical parts; coaching and evaluating the electrical design and installation of final deliverables from contractor.
1) 负责自动/半自动生产线、非标设备项目中电气部分解决方案的设计，开发，安装与调试；
2) 在项目售前阶段，配合销售团队，针对客户要求，参与制定项目总体方案，评估电气部分的功能，性能与成本；
3) 在方案设计阶段，根据技术协议，与机械工程师共同设计产线设备详细方案，针对其中的电气部分，进行元器件选型，制作采购清单，绘制电气原理图；
4) 在项目实施阶段，负责编写相关电气控制程序，包括PLC、触摸屏、机器人、伺服、视觉系统等，并能够指导电器柜接线，柜外电路气路走线；
5) 在设备调试阶段，负责相关程序调试，确保设备满足技术协议规定；编写相关技术文档，并对客户相关技术人员进行操作培训与维护培训；
6) 对于项目中外包给其他供应商执行的部分，负责对供应商提出电气部分技术要求，并对供应商的交付物在电气设计、安装等方面进行指导和评估；
 

1. BA degree or above, majors in automation, computer, integration of M&E and electrical engineering. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, designing and implementing automation system integration solutions.
2. Has a good command of designing electrical wiring diagram, and proficient in AutoCAD and e-PLAN.
3. Has a good command of programming PLC program and iFIX, be familiar with commonly used network communicating protocols.
4. Has a good command of applying industrial robots, be able to design smart / intelligent solutions with robots independently.
5. Be familiar with pneumatic components and pneumatic design.
6. Has strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and executive ability, has good spirit of cooperation, available for short-term business trips.
7. The experience of designing or implementing electrical assembly line or equipment is preferred.
8. Be familiar with Bosch Rexroth factory automation product is preferred.
9. Fluent English both in speaking and writing is preferred.
1. 大学本科或以上学历, 自动化、计算机、机电一体化、电气工程等专业毕业，6年以上自动化系统设计开发以实施经验；
2. 精通电气原理接线图设计，熟练使用AutoCAD, e-PLAN等软件；
3. 精通主流PLC编程和上位机组态软件编程，熟悉常用网络通信协议；
4. 精通工业机器人应用，能独立设计包含机器人的智能化解决方案；
5. 熟悉各种气动元件与气路设计；
6. 具备较强学习能力、责任感和执行力，具有良好的合作精神，可以接受短期出差；
7. 具有电子装配类生产线与非标设备的设计实施经验者优先考虑；
8. 熟悉博世力士乐自动化产品者优先考虑；
9. 具备流利的英语口语及书写能力者优先考虑
