Major responsibilities:

1. To lead project design team to complete products design, existing products modification or support on existing products from the field or manufacturing, which fulfill the requirements of the commercial and the technical specification within the given cost, time and quality targets,

2. To make design planning of project as required, assigning tasks to design team members and follow-up,

3. To make technical preparation and investigation for coming projects,

4. Continuously strive to improve product design process

5. To define the testing requirements of new products and liase with testing to ensure the tester meet the outlined requirements

6. To define verification and validation of the design to ensure the desired product quality has been integrated in the design

7. Provide data or information to create production and parts documentation for release

8. Provide training for product support team for new and existing products

9. Other assignments from the superior

1、 带领设计组在给定的成本，时间和品质要求下完成新产品设计和现有产品修改，使产品满载商务和技术规格，或者对在市场或者生产中的现有产品提供技术支持

2、 根据项目要求制作设计计划，给组员分配任务并跟踪

3、 对即将进行的项目做技术贮备和调查

4、 持续努力改进产品设计流程

5、 制定和执行设计确认和验证来保证设计达到期望的品质，配合测试部门确保测试设备满足技术规格要求提供数据和信息以建立产品和元件的文件，并发行

6、 对产品支持组提供关于新产品和现有产品的技术培训

7、 上级安排的其他工作事宜

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4).
• At least 4 years working experience in an English speaking foreign company.
• Bachelor in Electronics or electrical related discipline and 4 years design experience in high volume switch mode power supplies or a similar technical and cost sensitive environment.
• Solid skills in analogue power electronics design or switch mode power supplies
• Solid Electronic Component knowledge
• Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel, Basic ERP knowledge.
• 具备良好的英文读写和口头沟通能力 （CET4级）
• 最少4年在以英文为工作语言的外资公司的工作经验。
• 有电子类或者相关学士学位, 在具有大批量生产开关电源或者类似产品，成本控制严格的环境下4年的设计经验
• 具备扎实的模拟电路，开关电源设计技能
• 具备坚实的电子元器件知识
• 具备基本的WORD, 一般的EXCEL，基本的ERP知识
