Key Responsibilities
Fostering positive company climate/culture and promoting general employee wellbeing of the China sites through events and activities:
Initiate and organizing employee events and activities, including but not limited to family day, annual dinner, all hands meetings, team building, HR events promotions, executive visits and other ad hoc event projects.
Maintain and control employee events and activity budget, ensure full usage of the budget and not over spend
Keep inventory of gifts and presents
Ensure measurable ROI of the events and activity
Be responsible for recognition programs:
Partner with business on recognition program with the goal of motivating outstanding employees, recognizing extraordinary team and individual achievement, promoting peer recognition, instilling core behavior etc.
Manage existing recognition program, Marvellous Point program, yearly Employee Of the Year, Marvellous team reward etc.
Be responsible for CSR related activities.
Coordinating with APAC HR team, maintain an APAC event and activity calendar.
Qualification
Bachelor or above degree.
At least 6 years relevant work experience, preferably in multi-national companies.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Fluent both written and oral English is a must.
