Title: Senior Engineer

Qualification and R&R

The senior engineer will be responsible for Site PnP (Policies and Procedure) area for China consumer basic, commercial basic and consumer premium/premium plus tech support. The candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:

1. Command fluent English

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Good understanding of tech support operation and familiar with TS PnP and China related regulations

4. Logical and analytical

5. Drive for result

6. Team player

The R&R of this Senior Engineer includes

• China Country PnP expert
• TS Process POC for cross-function teams in China (cross-function contacts are mostly C3 and above)
• Country ISO/CSA/GAT executioner and APJ auditor (for other APJ countries)
• Develop and Revise country-specific PnP when needed
• Drive process compliance
• Drive partner self-sufficiency with site PE
• Administer regional capability and process improvement governance
• Work with global and regional PnPs and roll out regional PnP initiatives
