PURPOSE/SUMMARY:

In charge of product validation for After Treatment System of commercial vehicle, Large Engine products, and some other products including electric components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand customer SOR and specification.
• Define DVP with customer and clarify every test details.
• Work with FEA team to identify the potential durability risk.
• Release WO to testing lab and support testing team to resolve the problem happened during the test.
• Test plan scheduling and tracking.
• Durability risk evaluation via test results/data analysis.
• Complete engineering reports and sign off.
• Lead the durability problem solving with sense of urgency.
• Work with FEA and testing group to develop or improve validation method.
• Summarize the durability lessons learned and best practices.
• Cross function communication and coordination.

• 与FEA 团队协作，通过仿真手段识别潜在耐久风险。
• 给实验室下发测试任务单，支持实验室解决实验过程中出现的问题。
• 安排试验计划并跟踪。
• 分析试验结果与测试数据，评估耐久风险
• 完成并签署工程报告。
• 负责产品耐久问题解决，问题解决要有紧迫感。
• 与FEA，测试团队一起，开发或改进耐久验证方法。
• 总结和产品开发过程中的经验教训和***实践案例。
• 跨部门沟通与协调。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or above degree in mechanics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or metal material.
• Good knowledge on mechanics, fatigue theory, reliability principle and statistics.
• Experience on durability test, reliability analysis or FEA.
• More than 3 years related working experience on product validation field. Experience on dosing system development and test acceleration on electrical products is preferred.
• Good communication skill and presentation skill.
• Be proactive, self-driven and good team worker.
• Good written and spoken English.

• 有耐久测试，可靠性分析或者有限元仿真方面的经验。
• 5年以上产品验证或相关领域的工作经验。有喷射系统相关开发和电子产品加速试验经验者优先。
• 良好的沟通技巧和演讲展示技巧。
• 积极主动、自我驱动和团队合作。
• 良好英语说写能力。
