The suitable candidate must have strong skills on solution analysis and suggest methods to improve practices and processes on Tools solution delivery. Experience on more than one tool (desired) and relevant experience of 10 years. Candidate should be able to work in 9x5 environment from office. Must be ready and eager to work with end users as well as collaboratively with the internal team members.

• Experience of Solution analysis – profiling, investigating, interpreting and
• documenting data structures,
• Interpret data, process data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other
• strategies that optimize data efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL) and experience
• with data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate
• significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adapt at queries, scripts, stored procedures, report writing and presenting findings
• Direct a team of data and reporting engineers focused on developing ground-breaking visualization capability for our analytics platform.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Education, Qualifications, and Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s/Master degree.
• 10 years of experience in solution analysis with Tools knowledge

Desirable

• Agile Project Management
• Experience in Stake holder coordination
• ITIL V3 Certification
• Experience with emerging technology, such as cloud, AIOps, and unified communications will be added advantage
• Lean knowledge
