ROLE :  - What is expected out of the candidate to perform

• 4-6 years of experience as L3 supporting an Ping ID & Unix account Administration.
• Implementing and supporting Multi Factor Authentication solutions.
• In-Depth Knowledge on Multi Factor solution such as PING ID and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with understanding of Identity Management, Access Management & Directory Service technologies.
• Knowledge about Unix group creation, LDAP authentication.
• Hands on experience in Unix User Administration.
• Shell script knowledge for Automation.
• In-depth knowledge about Unix files, permissions, access control, User roles

MANDATORY SKILLS : What are skills / technology candidate needs to have, to perform the role

• Good working experience in Multifactor Authentication solution.
• Hands on experience in handling Unix Servers.
• Good on Incident Management process.

DESIERED SKILLS : What are good to have skills / certifications / technology / domain experience
