JOB DESCRIPTION : Global User Account Administrator

ROLE :  - What is expected out of the candidate to perform

• Strong Knowledge of Windows 2012 /2016 Server and troubleshooting skills.
• Sound knowledge on User Account Migrations using ADMT.
• Hands on exp in File and Folder Structure/Permissions/Share access.
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve Windows User/group permission related issues.
• Guide team members through all technical challenges and issues. 
• General understanding of networking such as: DNS services , load - balancers , routing , firewalls , etc. to be leveraged for designs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of API integration with IDM and HR downstream application.
• Basic understanding of Unix User Accounts.
• Experience with Role based access controls.
• Possesses advanced listening skills and advanced team dynamic problem solving, root cause analysis, and resolution involving I&AM application.

MANDATORY SKILLS : What are skills / technology candidate needs to have, to perform the role

• Active Directory domain level knowledge.
• Access Control List (Share folders)
• Active Directory Migration tool
• SoX controls
• DFS & Storage functionalities.
• Privilege Access management process
• Knowledge on Client Server Operating Model
• DB - Connection Components

Windows/Active Directory/IAM
