Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site work, coordination with client and sub-contractors;
• Monitor site progress and works.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in MVAC / Elect. / Building Services Engineering;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MVAC / Elect. / Building Services project;
• Experience in site and contract management in Government Maintenance and Fitting Out Contracts preferably, but not essestial;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates who have inadequate experience would be considered for the position of Engineer.
