• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Corporate Membership with a preference for MHKIE
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience, lesser experience will be considered as Engineer
• Experience in the field of building structures and must possess the ability to develop the structural frame system from architectural drawings
• Proficiency in using ETABS, SAP2000 and Revit
• Able to go up to BD/SCU/ICU to deal with structural submissions
• Sound understanding the contract terms in building structure
• Familiar with cost optimization for structures
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to handle a small team of Assistant & Graduate Engineers
• Able to coordinate with consultants from related disciplines and also to attend Client meetings
