Job Description

The role will do structural FEA simulation of electric motor components, assembly and subsystem for automotive customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Solve structural failure issues during the R&D of new products (i.e. motors) and production
• Follow up on corresponding experiments related to FEA simulation

Academic & Personal Qualification

• Master degree in Engineering Mechanics, Dynamics or related disciplines
• 1 year or above related work experience on structural FEA analysis
• Be familiar with the FEA software such as ANSYS and HyperMesh; experience of using other FEA software is to be considered as well
• Good knowledge on structural dynamics, such as modal analysis, harmonic analysis and spectrum analysis
• Solid experience on fatigue analysis
• Problem solving ability if simulation results could not fulfill customer requirements or products fail to pass Design Verification (DV) tests
• Good command of English and native Mandarin Chinese
