This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for professional service such as product inquiry, product technical support, and appropriate assistance for marketing activities Arrange suited product or service training course by sales team’s demand Diagnostics/troubleshooting of Eaton electrical, electronic, and UPS Interdepartmental communication regarding complaint resolution and root cause analysis Close cooperation with Interdepartmental of Eaton group to process all customer service issue and to identify customer complaints. Liaising and maintaining customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service. Oversea travel available if needed Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics or related. Minimum 5 years of related working experience Knowledgeable in UPS products and applications Must be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers. Factory and field troubleshooting methods and equipment Electrical installation methods, practices, and the National Electrical Code Experienced CAD skill Fluent in English and Chinese required Customer focused Yes!
