Responsibilities -

• As a member of leading data storage solution company in the world, you will work on leading technologies and its application,  work with us together provide best solution and service for global rapid data storage demand,  this is a challenge position but with bright future.
• FAE who reports to FAE  Director, will be part of WDC customer facing team, works with Sales /Marketing team to do as the Embedded storage product presales technical support, technical consulting and  quality management with solution for customers.(eMMC/UFS), major customer is Shanghai Mobile and Automotive customers .
• A strong sense of Technical Ownership of Customer, to manage technical resource and other support resource from WDC to come out the right solution to meet customer requirement, keep customer satisfied and improve Total Customer Experience.
• Well communication skill, work with local sales/marketing team and global cross-function teams to define, advocate and drive solutions-related product/feature commitments.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline

·         Have intensive knowledge of embedded system or  relevant experience prefer

·         Familiar with different operating system on embedded system, e.g., Linux/Android or others

·         Experience in C/C++ language programming and corresponding tools, e.g. C-compiler                                                                                                          

·         Skilled in using Oscillograph or logical analyzer ,experience in schematic design will be a plus

·         Cooperative and self-motivated.

·         Good communication skills in both Chinese and English and team work spirit

·         Frequent travel in mainland China

·         Intern period before onboard
