• HACT corrosion and ADT daily data analysis and report,  FA for abnormal data.
• Study to optimize the  test criteria basing on product design.
• Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization. Tool maintenance and spare parts management. 
• Tool optimization and new tool preparation to meet new product/technology requirements. 
• Communication with WW team to keep good testing correlation.
• Support other function teams for key projects. 

• Bachelor or above in material, reliability or mechanical engineering.
• 2+ year working experience, no experience for master and above.
• Expertized in data analysis, and problem solving 
• Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc.
• Familiar with reporting/data analysis software.(PPT, excel, JMP, …)
• Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
• Good verbal and written in English.
