1. Be responsible for reasonable arrangement of structure design engineers according to contract. 2.Timely completion of the project for the production of design, check and audit. 3. Timely and correctly guide the engineering design personnel with technical problem-solving to better provide technical services for workshop, to answer all the questions during the production process. 4. Well arrange relevant personnel to manage user data, drawings’ sorting and filing. 5. Responsible for standardizing the use of drawings, documents to meet the requirements of relevant requirements. 6. In the design process, responsible for the summary of project design, and put forward the corresponding preventive and corrective measures for the design problem, to ensure the continuous improvement of product quality. 7. The implementation of audit design drawings and technical documents change procedures. When the contract project on product structure changes beyond the prescribed scope or non-standard design, should be reported to higher authorities for review. 8.Other tasks assigned by department manager. 9. Identify the EHS risks at the engineering stage. Organize the team to solve the risks. 10. Cooperate with PM and sales, be responsible for technical exchange of transformation products, scheme selection and commercial quotation, and technical support before sales. 11.Responsible for structural technical communication, design and production technical guidance of transformation business. 12.Provide technical support for after-sales service engineers to deal with customer on-site problems. 13.Collect the information of market products and sort out and summarize the preliminary technical schemes. 14.Strictly implement the change procedures of design drawings and technical documents, and continuously improve the design of transformation projects. Qualifications 1.College degree or above, major in electromechanical. 2.Have 5 years or plus experience in assembly products structure design, experience in LV or MV products is preferred. 3.Strong ability in the leadership.Familiar in the related GB or IEC standards and design program,can undertake the design work independently 4.Strong ability in technical analysis and team management.Strong ability in communication, coordination, solving the problem and improving the quality.
